Include the ability to add subtitles or to extend the time subtitles are shown on DVD's

I have loads of foreign language DVD's and find it annoying how some of them only flash the sub-titles for a short length of time. Usually not long enough to read the whole of the dialogue. It would be brilliant to be able to add to or extend the ons already included.
